芽孢杆菌B21菌株及其发酵液对番茄灰霉菌C31的影响

摘    要:利用组织透明法、叶盘法、平皿法和对峙生长法,观察了芽孢杆菌菌株B21及其发酵液对灰霉菌C31生长的影响。结果,灰霉菌菌株C31分生孢子的萌发和菌丝生长均受到明显的抑制。芽孢杆菌B21及其发酵液可导致灰霉菌C31菌丝变形,细胞壁破裂,细胞内容物流出。

Abstract:The strain Botrytis cinerea C31 is one of the important pathogenic fungi causing the production loss of tomato grown at greenhouse .Tissue-tansparency ,plate and leaf-disc methods plus microscopic technique were used to examine the influence of Bacillus strains B21 and its fermented liquor on the growth of Botrytis cinerea C31 occurring on tomato .The live cells of bacillus strain B21 and its fermented liquor showed strong inhibition activities against the spore germination and mycelian growth of Botrytis cinerea C31 .Moreover,they produced the damage of cell wall of Botrytis cinerea C31 ,leading to the flow-out of the fungus,protoplasm.
