摘    要:本试验以自行繁育的甘薯06品系(201个)为材料,测定了不同种植地点各品系的直链淀粉含量,结果为:在长清、平阴、泗水和泰安种植的各品系直链淀粉含量变幅分别为2.05%-28.36%、4.27%-24.20%、6.55%-24.20%和6.92%-19.65%;并初步筛选到低直链淀粉含量的新品系30个,而且通过稳定性分析发现,平阴适合进行低直链淀粉品系的选育。

Abstract:Two hundred and one materials of self-breeding sweet potato 06 strains cultivated in different sites were determined the amylose content.The results showed that the change range of amylose content was 2.05%~28.36%,4.27%~24.20%,6.55%~24.20% and 6.92%~19.65% respectively in the sweet potatoes from Changqing,Pingyin,Sishui and Taian.Thirty strains with low amylose content were preliminarily screened.The stability analysis showed that Pingyin was the suitable site for breeding sweet potato strains with low amyl...
