| 摘 要： | 经济发展与生态建设互动是指经济系统诸要素与生态系统诸要素的良性互动,其目标是实现生态经济共赢。在分析钦州市生态经济互动发展制约因素、互动动力和互动条件的基础上,提出制度互动、投入互动和产业互动3个途径,以期实现钦州市经济与生态共赢。
