花生根瘤内生细菌对花生黑斑病和褐斑病拮抗作用的初步研究

摘    要:本试验从花生根瘤内分离出38株内生细菌,平板对峙试验结果表明:大汶口1、X2-8-(1)和12-(2)三种内生细菌对褐斑病菌和黑斑病菌都具有较好的抑制作用。

Abstract:Thirty-eight strains endophytic bacteria were isolated from peanut root nodules.Their antagonistic activities to Cercospora arachidicola and Cercosporidium personatum were tested.The results showed that Dawenkou 1,X2-8-(1) and 12-(2) could obviously inhibit the pathogens of C.arachidicola and C.personatum.
