甲壳素诱导黄瓜抗霜霉病初步研究

摘    要:以不同分子量甲壳素为试材,研究了甲壳素诱导黄瓜对霜霉病的抗性.结果表明:不同相对分子质量、不同浓度的甲壳素均能诱导黄瓜抗霜霉病,其中以高分子量甲壳素200倍液、中分子量甲壳索800倍液和低分子量甲壳索800倍液效果最好,防效分别为39.3%、41.7%、42.9%,且第二次施药后诱导抗病性明显增强.

Abstract:The chitosan materials with different molecular weight were used to study the induced resistance of cucumber to downy mildew.The results showed that all the chitosan with different molecular weight and different concentrations expressed good effects on induced resistance of cucumber against downy mildew.The 200 times solution of chitosan with high molecular weight,the 800 times solution with medium or low molecular weight were the best with the control effects of 39.3%,41.7% and 42.9% respectively,and the i...
