| 摘 要： | 用乙酸做溶剂，采用黏度法对壳聚糖的黏均分子量进行了测定，测得结果为1．30×10^5。黏度法测定壳聚糖的分子量具有试样预处理简便、操作简单、实验方法重现性较好等优点。

| Abstract: | The molecular weight of chitosan was detected by viscometry with acetic acid as solvent.The molecular weight of chitosan was 1.30×105.The method of viscometry had the advantages of simple pretreatment,easy operating,good reappearance and so on. |
