隐性思想政治教育资源的探索与开发

提高思想政治教育的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力是摆在高校大学生思想政治教育工作者面前的一个重要课题。在当前传统课堂教学模式受到冲击,思想政治教育在一定程度上缺乏实效性的情况下,开发隐性思想政治教育资源势在必行。隐性思想政治教育资源是相对于显性思想政治教育资源而言的,是通过课堂以外的各种因素,使受教育者在不知不觉中接受教育,从而实现道德升华、思想提升、行为自觉的思想政治教育目标。
