摘    要:小奥德蘑属(Oudemansiella)真菌是一类极具开发潜力的真菌。通过阅览文献评介卵孢小奥德蘑、丝球小奥德蘑、拟粘小奥德蘑、厚褶小奥德蘑、褐褶边小奥德蘑和毛柄长奥德蘑的人工驯化栽培现状,以及在育种、多糖和功能活性等方面的研究进展。

Abstract:Oudemansiella is a genus of fungi with great potential of development and application. This paper summarize the latest literatures of artificial domestication, cultivation, breeding, polysaccharide and functional activity of O. raphanipes, O. apalosarca, O. submucida, O. crassifolia,O. brunneomarginata and O. caussei.
