| 摘 要： | 阐述了发根农杆菌的生物学特性及Ri质粒的结构与功能,介绍了毛状根的诱导、鉴定及分离培养的具体方法和发状根的特性,探讨了发根农杆菌转化植物的影响因素,并对利用植物发状根培养体系进行次生代谢物质生产方面的研究进行了综述和展望.
