| 摘 要： | 开花三天之内授粉，油菜结实率最高。开花三天以后授粉，在子房基部偶然有个别胚珠大，但没见到成熟的种子。一般地，开花三天后胚囊内容物开始退化，到六天时，退化至珠被细胞。

| Abstract: | The rate of seed set is the hightest in Brassica campestris if pollination was carriedout within three days after anthesis.If poilination was carried out later than three days afteranthesis an occasional ovule near the base of the ovary was swelled however no significantseed set was observed.At three days after anthesis a general deterioration of the embryo saccontents and gradully spread to include integumentary cell by six days after anthesis. |
