普鲁卡因和利多卡因对创伤愈合影响的比较

分别用盐酸普鲁卡因或盐酸利多卡因在家兔股外侧作局部浸润麻醉，纵切皮肤，皮肌及肌膜，然后观察术创愈合过程，试验结果表明，上述二药的局部麻醉效果基本相同，但对术创愈合的影响有明显差异，用利多卡因施行局部麻醉的术创与用相同浓度的普鲁卡因麻醉的术创比较，愈合时间长（平均长１．９～２天），创内炎性渗出物多，创围炎肿显著，肉芽组织生长缓慢，愈合后形成的瘢痕显著。因此在外科临床上选择局麻药时应首选盐酸普鲁卡因。

COMPARISON OF EFFECT OF PROCAINE AND LIDOCAINE ON SCAR HEALING

After local infiltration anesthetization in the femoral outside of rabbits with procaine and lidocaine respectively, and length skin, integumentary musculature and sarcolemma, the procedure of healing was observed. Results showed that the anesthetic effect of the medicines was about the same, but there was significant difference in healing effect. It took more inflammation effusion,tumor around cutting was bigger, granulation grow slower and the scar was more apparent with lidocaine than with procaine of the same concentration. So procaine should be first used as and local anaesthetic in surgical operation.
