猪体组织锌、铜含量与外界的关系

摘    要:利用原子吸收分光光度计,监测了我省部分县(市)土壤、饲料、饮水、猪体组织锌、铜含量;并通过增加日粮中锌含量或增加日粮中钙含量,进一步检测其组织中锌、铜含量及其分布。结果表明猪体组织中锌含量和日粮中锌含量在一定条件下呈正相关;饲料中锌含量又取决于土壤中锌合量。猪体组织中锌含量主要决定于土壤、饲料、饮水中锌含量。结果还表明,我省大部分地区土壤中有效锌含量偏低,平均为0.91±0.5μg/kg;铜含量属中等平均为0.84±0.24μg/kg。饲料、饮水中锌、铜含量都比较低。锌、铜广泛存在于猪体内各种组织,且含量较高。锌、铜含量随地区、饲料、品种的不同而有明显差异。

Abstract:The content of zinc and copper in siol,feed,drink water and swine tissues were measured in parts of Shanxi Province.The content and distribution of zinc and copper were examined in tissues of swine that fed with the ration contained different levels of zinc and high levie of calcium.The results indicated that in siol of most parts of Shanxi Province,the content of efficient zinc was lower,the average content was only 0.91±0.50μg/kg.But the copper content was middle,the average content was 0. 84±0.24 μg/kg.The zine content in sorghum,corn and millet of the feed were 15.68±3.48,24.04±18. 9and 28. 88±6.62μg/k grestecively.In haulm and straw of the feed, the zinc content was 8.91±0.41μg/kg and 13.74±1.30μg/kg,and the copper content was 3.360±0.32μg/kg and 4.52±0.61μg/kg. All these indicated that the content of both zinc and copper in feed was low in most parts was low in most parts of our province.The arveage contnets of zinc and copper in drink water were 0.051±0.07μg/kg and 2.18±1.13 μg/kg.Respectively,they were all lower than those on legal standard of China. The contents of zinc and copper varied with area,and variety of swine.
