有毒饼粕生物脱毒的研究

摘    要:有毒饼粕经生物脱毒,粗脂肪、蛋白质和17种氨基酸以及维生素B2比发酵前有不同程度的提高,有的接近豆饼,有的高于豆饼;恶唑烷硫酮的脱毒率为99%,异硫氰酸盐为98%,棉酚为90%,比以往物理和化学方法脱毒率分别提高3%、2%和5%;生物脱毒饼粕的添加量占日粮的50%时,毒素含量方超国标,所以可以百分之百地代替豆饼来饲喂各种畜禽。

Abstract:The contents of CP, EE, 17 kinds of AA and VB2 in biotically detoxified oilseed cakes proved to have been improved in varying degrees than those of the untreated ones.Some nutrient contents are close to that of soybean cakes, some are higher than that of soybean cakes. The rate of detoxification of vinyloxazolidine thiones is 99%, the rate of detoxification of isothiocyanate is 98% and the rate of gossypol detoxification is 90%,Which are 3%, 2% and 5% respectively higher than the rates of detoxification with chemical and physical methods. only when the quantity of detoxified oilseed cakes is added to 50% of the diet, does the content of toxin surpass the national standard. Therefore, the detoxified iolseed cakes can totally replace soybean cakes in diets of animals and poultry.
