花椒的离体培养再生植株

摘    要:本文通过对花椒离体组织的试管培养,进行了丛生芽的诱导,嫩梢继代增殖,生根状况及其移栽等方面的研究。结果表明;花椒离体繁殖起始培养基以改良WPM,附加激素BA2.5+NAA2+IBA1为最好;继代增殖以基本培养基,附加激素BA1.5+KT1.5+2.4-D0.5+NAA1较为适宜,并进行了诱导生根和移栽方面的研究,为大规模快速繁殖提供了一条有效途径。

Abstract:Studies on the tissue culture of zanthoxylum schinifolium vitro has been carried the experiment to study from inducting fascicled buds and roots,making subculture and proliferation of tube tender twigs,and studying the root-growing status of the sprouting seedlings to replanting.The results showed that:the best start medium of tissue culture in vitro of zanthoxylum schinifolium was the modkfied WPM BA2. 5 NAA2 IBA1, and the basal medium BA1.5 KT1.5 2.4-D0.5 NAA1 was more suitable for the subculture and proliferation.The data gained in the experiment are useful for growing seedlings of zanthoxylum schinifolium in large scale with tissue culture.
