| 摘 要： | 本文选择双蒸水；０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ；１．０ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ；４％ＤＯＣ和１％ＳＤＳ条件分别对猪肺炎霉形体膜制剂作增溶处理，使膜蛋白溶解，然后采用Ｌｏｗｒｙ法进行蛋白质含量的测定．测定结果表明：０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ溶解效果较好，所测得膜蛋白含量达６８．８％左右。，数据更为接近实际含量．

| Abstract: | The paper, selecting pure distilled water, 0. 1mol/L NaOH, 1.0mol/LNaOH, 4% DOC as well as 1% SDS as the condition, dealt with the membrane agent of the mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine respectively. When membrane protein wasdissolved, we measured the protein's amount by Lowry's method.The resultshowed: 0. 1mol/L NaOH dissolved better. The membrane protein's amount was about 6. 88%. Tje membrane protein's amount measured was more similar to the actual one. |
