| 摘 要： | 报道了大庆原油、直馏柴油、蒸发汽油、航空煤油对蒙古裸腹氵蚤 (MoinamongolicaDaday)的存活、生长、生殖及内禀生长率毒性的研究结果 ,得出这 4种油类及其混合油对该氵蚤 48hLC50 分别为 9 89、 7 1 7、 3 52、 3 4 8、 7 0 2mg/L。在亚急性致死试验中 ,随着各组中油类质量浓度的升高 ,氵蚤的产前发育期延长 ,每胎产幼数减少 ,产幼间隔也稍有延长 (有的甚至不能第二次产卵 ) ,且产出的幼体一般不能正常生长。

| Abstract: | The acute and chronic toxicity to , and influence of crude oil, diesel oil, gasoline, kerosene and mixed oil from Daqing on survival, growth, reproduction and the intrinsic rate of increase (%r-m%) of %Moina mongolica% were determined. The 48h LC-{50} of the water soluble fractions of crude oil, diesel oil, gasoline, kerosene and mixed oil was 9 89,7 17,3 52,3 48,7 02 mg/L, respectively Kerosene was the most detrimental and crude oil was the least detrimental The %r-m% and growth rate of %Moina mongolica% were more sensitive than other indicatoes |
