| 摘 要： | 以1年生春石斛为材料,通过盆栽试验,对春石斛营养生长期无土栽培进行系统的研究,试验采用正交试验设计,考察了营养液配比、营养液浓度、基质、营养液施用间隔天数4因素,通过正交试验的方差分析找出主要影响因素,确定最佳技术方案,结果表明春石斛营养生长期营养液N、P、K配比为1:1:1,营养液质量百分比浓度为0.7%,基质采用树皮+水苔,施用营养液的间隔时间为10d效果最好。

| Abstract: | Soil-less cultivation of one-year-old potted seedlings of Dendrobium nobile were studied using an orthogonal experimental design.Four factors of composition and concentration of nutrition solution,medium,and interval of nutrition application were tested in the trial in order to find the major impacting factor.Results indicated that during the vegetative growth the best effects would be achieved by using 1:1:1 ratio of N:P:K nutrients composition at a concentration of 0.7% with tree barks + moss as medium an... |
