鸡肾型传染性支气管炎的诊断与防治

甘鸡场鸡发生以呼吸道及肾病变为主的疾病经流行病学调查、病理剖检、病毒分离、电镜观察生物学特性及理化特性试验，血清中和试验，动物回归等确诊为肾型传染性支气管炎。采用分离毒鸡组织灭活苗结合Ａｕｓｔ－Ｔ株灭活油乳苗有效地防治了该病。

This disease was outbreak on a chicken farm in Henan province. The prima-ry symptom was breanthe with difficulty and nepbrohydrosis. The epidcnsiolo gical sur-vey.postmortem diagnosis, identification with electron microscopy .experiment about bi-ological property and physicochemical property ,serum neutralization and xenodiagnosis on the disease indicated that the disease is avian nepbropatbogeinc infectious brochitis (IB). It was controled first with the inactivited chick embryo tissue culture vacine against the IBV isolation strain and then with the Oil Adjuvant inactivated vacine against the IBV Aust-T strain.
