摘    要:目的]研究周期性饥饿对点带石斑鱼摄食和生长的影响。方法]对点带石斑鱼幼鱼(初始体重23.97±3.97g)进行周期性饥饿"饥饿1d喂食5d"(S1F5)、"饥饿1d喂食7d"(S1F7),对照组持续喂食。各组日投饵量占体重的2%,试验共进行48d。结果]S1F5组和S1F7组的湿重特定生长率(SGRw)和增重率(WGR)均小于对照组,S1F5组的饵料湿重转化率(FCEw)低于对照组,而S1F7组的FCEw略高于对照组。结论]周期性饥饿降低点带石斑鱼幼鱼的SGRw和试验结束时体重,而且饥饿频率越高越明显。点带石斑鱼幼鱼在周期性饥饿过程中的生长属不能补偿生长。

Abstract:Objective] The effects of periodical starvation on the feeding and growth of grouper,Epinephelus malabaricus were tested. Method] Periodical starvation (starved one day and refed 5 days,S1F5; starved one day and refed 7 days,S1F7) on grouper (initial body weight 23.97±3.97 g) were carried out. Control groups were fed every day. Daily feeding amount was 2% of body weight. The experiment lasted for 48 days. Result] The wet weight specific growth rate (SGRw) and weight gain ratio (WGR) in S1F5 and S1F7 were lower than that in control group. The wet weight feed conversion efficiency (FCEw) in S1F5 was lower than that in control group while FCEw in S1F7 was higher than that in control group. Conclusion] Periodical starvation reduced SGRw and final body weight. The effect was obvious while the starvation frequency increased. Grouper subjected to periodical starvation showed non-compensatory growth during refed period.
