摘    要:首次将IBA和EMT应用到小花忍冬的硬枝扦插试验中,通过观察小花忍冬硬枝扦插苗生根、成活和成苗质量等指标,了解了这两种植物生长调节剂不同浓度对小花忍冬硬枝扦插的作用效果。试验结果表明:处理1对小花忍冬扦插苗生根、成活以及枝条性状、根系性状和叶片性状等反映扦插苗成苗质量的多个指标有显著或极显著的影响,综合作用效果优于其他处理及对照,是适宜小花忍冬硬枝扦插的生根剂及浓度配比组合。

Abstract:The IBA and EMT were used in hardwood cuttage of Lonicera tatarica vat. micrantha for the first time. Through observing the indexes of rooting rate, survival rate and the seedling quality, the effect of different concentrations of IBA and EMT on the hardwood cuttage of Lonicera tatarica var. micrantha has been known. The experimental results show that the treatment 1 has the significant or extremely significant effect to rooting rate, survival rate and the seedling quality such as branches traits, roots traits and leaves traits. The comprehensive effect of the treatment 1 is better than other treatments. The treatment 1 is the best combination of rooting hormone and concentration.
