摘    要:选用狗牙根、黑麦草、百喜草、葱兰和麦冬作为供试植物,在不同的淹水条件下,通过观测植物的表观特征和监测植物体内叶绿素含量、CAT和SOD酶活性等生理指标,结果表明,黑麦草与狗牙根在全淹10d后相继死亡;百喜草、葱兰和麦冬在全淹状态下CAT的相对含量呈上升趋势,且百喜草、葱兰和麦冬在全淹50d后仍能够成活。百喜草、葱兰和麦冬能够适应在大水位变化条件下护坡上生长。

Research on the Tolerance to Flooding of Slope Plants under Big Changing of Water Level

Abstract:Cynodon dactylon,Lolium pererme,Paspalum Notatum Flugg,Zephyranthes candida and Ophiopogon japonicus were selected as objects in this experiment,under different flooding conditions,the apparent feature and monitoring the biochemical indicators such as chl content,CAT,SOD enzyme activity were observed.The results showed that Lolium pererme and Cynodon dactylon died one after another after ten days in flood;the CAT of Paspalum Notatum Flugge,Zephyranthes candida and Ophiopogon japonicus showed an upward trence under complete flooding condition,meanwhile,Paspalum Notatum Flugge,Zephyranthes candida,Ophiopogon japonicus could still survive after 50 days under complete flooding.It concluded that Paspalum Notatum Flugge,Zephyranthes candida,Ophiopogon japonicus can adapt the slope environment under big changing of water level.
