摘    要:利用通过退磁曲线法获得的磁力泵耦合器能量通用公式 ,导出了内磁转子在周向偏离平衡点时所产生的周向传动转矩的计算方法 ;采用磁导法 ,结合磁力泵磁钢排布特点 ,选择计算模型 ,推导出了漏磁系数和磁阻系数的计算公式。结合试验结果 ,总结并提出了磁力泵磁钢轴向长度、周向长度、径向厚度、磁极数的设计方法。

Abstract:An universal energy equation of magnetic-force pump coupler was educed by analysis of demagnetization curve and ways of calculating circumferential torque were introduced according to the equation when inside magnet rotor had circumferential moment. Combining the characters of magnetic-force pump magnet steel collocation, appropriate accounting models were selected to calculate magnetic-flux leak coefficient and the magnetic-reluctance coefficient through magnet conductivity methodology. The equations for magnetic-force pump magnet steel axial direction length, circumferential length, and radial thickness were developed after the analyses of the experiment results.
