| 摘 要： | 应用兔回肠结扎试验研究了金银花连翘提取物对大肠杆菌热敏肠毒素（ＬＴ）致肠分泌的拮抗作用。实验的结果表明，金银花连翘提取物对大肠杆菌致病作用的影响至少涉及到抑菌和对热敏肠毒素的拮抗作用两个方面，且其作用随提取物浓度增高而增强。

| Abstract: | The antagonistic effects of the extract from Lonicera japonica and Forsythia suspensa on intestinal secretion mediated by Escherichia coli(E.coli) heat-labile enterotoxin (LT) were studied in the ligated rabbit ileum, The results showed that the effects of the extract on the pathogenicity of E. coli were related to bacteriostasis and antagonism to LT at least and concentration dependent. |
