复合抗氧化剂对蛋鸡抗氧化、生产性能和鸡蛋抗氧化力的影响

摘    要:本文旨在研究复合抗氧化剂对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和蛋黄抗氧化力的影响。实验统用39周龄海蓝灰蛋鸡共计180羽,将蛋鸡随机进行分组,共分4组,设3个重复,每个重复15羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组(1、2、3组)分别在基础日粮基础上添加5.0、7.5及10.0g/kg的复合抗氧化剂。试验周期为63d,预试期7d,正试期56d。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加7.5和10.0g/kg复合抗氧化剂产蛋率提高7.29%,哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度显著提高(P0.05)。添加5.0~10.0g/kg复合抗氧化剂对采食量和蛋重产蛋率、料蛋比、蛋黄颜色、蛋形指数无显著的影响(P0.05);添加复合抗氧化剂的试验组均能显著提高血清的超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和总抗氧化能力的活性(P0.05),降低了血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P0.01);试验28d起,添加复合抗氧化剂极显著提高蛋黄T-AOC、降低MDA含量(P0.01);添加10.0g/kg复合抗氧化剂蛋黄T-AOC提高了137%~168%,MDA下降99.27%~166.97%。由此可知,复合抗氧化剂能够提高蛋鸡的抗氧化能力、产蛋率和哈氏单位,添加10.0g/kg复合抗氧化剂可显著提高鸡蛋的抗氧化力。

Abstract:This research is aimed to study the impact of multiple antioxidants on the production performance of laying hens,egg quality and the antioxidant capacity of yolk.The 180 sea-blue-gray-hens aged 39 weeks were randomly divided into four groups,and each group had three replicates for 15 hens.The hens of test-group 1 (T1),test-group 2 (T2)and test-group 3 (T3)were fed with basal diet added 5.0,7.5 and 10.0 g/kg composite antioxidants respectively,and the control-group was fed with basal diet only.The whole experiment lasted for 63 days including 7-days-pre-trial-stage and 56-days-test-stage.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the egg production rate of T1 and T3 were increasing 7.29%,Haugh units,eggshell thickness were significantly different (P<0.05).The impacts of feed intake,egg production,feed-egg-ratio,yolk-color and shape-index had no significant impact.It can significantly increase serum SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC activity (P<0.05),and decrease the serum MDA content with adding multiple antioxidants (P<0.01).After 28-day-test,the multiple antioxidants significantly increase the Yolk T-AOC and reduce the MDA content (P<0.01).T3 showed that it rise the Yolk T-AOC by 137%-168%,and reduce the MDA content by 99.27%-166.97%.Studies have shown:Multiple antioxidants can improve the antioxidant capacity of hens,egg production and Haugh units.
