葡萄基因转导研究进展

摘    要:简述了转基因技术与常规育种手段的关系,从基因转导途径和影响因素两方面综述了葡萄近年来基因转导的研究进展。葡萄基因转导途径主要有农杆菌介导法和基因枪法,并通过前者以砧木110R的体胚为材料获得了转基因植株;用后者轰击无核白试管叶片的体胚,提高了转化率。影响转导的因素主要从受体与再生系统、转化细胞的筛选与检测、培养方法与培养条件等方面进行论述,最后对葡萄基因工程进展及展望进行了讨论,探索出一条高效的再生途径仍然是目前主要的任务。

Abstract:In this paper,an overview of the progress in gene ti c transformation of grapevines,particular attention on the meth-ods of transfo rmation and factors affecting gene transfer are discussed,the role of gene tran sformation technology to the con-ventional breeding is also discussed.It is in dicated that Agrobacterium-mediated and particle biolistics are the main method s used in genetic transformation of grapevines.Using the somatic embryogenesis of110R ichter,Xue-B has received the transgenic plants by Agrobacterium-me diated;Scorza increased the regeneration percentage by bombarding the somatic e m-bryos of Thompson Seedless.The factors affecting gene transfer are discussed from several aspects,such as plant targets and its regeneration system,the s election and extraction of transformed cells and the conditions of culture.Fina lly,the develop-ment of engineering of grapevine plants is discussed.How to research effective regeneration system is still a problem.
