摘    要:观察记录了36株可正常结实草菇(Volvariella volvacea)的厚垣孢子出现时间、菌落形态、菌丝长势以及菌丝细胞核个数等特性,并应用SPSS生物统计软件将其与出菇时的9个农艺性状进行相关性分析.结果表明:菌落形态与高稳系数呈显著正相关;菌丝长势与现原基时间呈显著负相关,与高稳系数和菇体颜色呈显著正相关;菌丝的细胞核个数与子实体破膜时间呈显著正相关.

Correlations Between Selected Biological Characteristics and Agronomic Traits of Volvariella volvacea
Abstract:Selected biological characteristics of 36 normal fruiting strains of Volvariella volvacea,including chlamydospore appearance time,colony morphology,mycelial vigor,and the number of nuclei present in the first hyphal cell after a branch point,were determined,and correlations between these characteristics and nine agronomic traits associated with fruiting were analyzed.Colony morphology was positively correlated with a high stability coefficient,while mycelial vigor were negatively correlated with the time between inoculation and primordial formation.Mycelial vigor were positively correlated with a high stability coefficient and fruit body color,while the nuclei number was positively correlated with the time elapsing between the button stage and veil fracture.
