摘    要:以4个香菇菌株(Lentinula edodes)申香16号、申香18号、申香215和L808为研究对象,以常规木屑麸皮培养料(79%木屑,20%麸皮,1%石膏)为对照,采用工厂化生产刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii)采收一潮菇后的菌渣不同比例替代木屑和麸皮进行栽培,比较栽培效果.结果表明:相对于对照培养料,申香18号在菌渣培养料A(69%木屑,20%刺芹侧耳菌渣,10%麸皮,1%石膏)和B(59%木屑,30%刺芹侧耳菌渣,10%麸皮,1%石膏)上的单菇重显著下降,菌柄长度和直径均变小,菇型改善,棒产量也显著增加;申香16号在A、B配方培养料上较对照培养料虽产量显著增加,但菇柄变长,菇型变差;菌株L808在B配方培养料上较对照培养料菌盖直径和单菇重显著下降;而申香215在培养料A、B上的各考察性状均与对照培养料无明显差异.

Fruit Body Characteristics and Yields of Four Lentinula edodes Cultivars Grown on Formulations Containing Spent Pleurotus eryngii Substrate
Abstract:Fruit body characteristics and yields of four Lentinula edodes cultivars (Shenxiang 16,Shenxiang 18,Shenxiang 215 and L808) were determined following growth on formulations containing spent Pleurotus eryngii substrate.Lower average fruit body weight,smaller stipe diameter and length,and higher average yields per log,were recorded for the Shenxiang18 cultivar grown on formulations A (consisting of 69% sawdust,20% spent P.eryngii substrate,10% wheat bran,1% gypsum) and B (59% sawdust,30% spent P.eryngii substrate,10% wheat bran,1% gypsum) compared with the control (79% sawdust,20% wheat bran,1% gypsum).Cultivar Shenxiang 16 produced higher average yields per log and fruit bodies with a longer stipe length on formulations A and B compared with controls,whereas cultivar L808 grown on formulation B produced fruit bodies with a lower average weight and smaller pilei diameter compared with controls.No significant differences were recorded in the fruit body characteristics and yields of cultivar Shenxiang 215 grown on both test and control formulations.
