几种引进牧草种子质量检验分析

根据标准牧草检验规程对紫花苜蓿、白三叶、多年生黑麦草、无芒雀麦、草地羊茅、鸭茅等进行种子净度、种子发芽率、种子生活力、种子水分含量、电导率5项指标的测定。结果表明紫花苜蓿、白三叶、草地羊茅发芽率指数相对高,无芒雀麦、黑麦草、鸭茅发芽指数低;紫花苜蓿、白三叶、多年生黑麦草的生活力高,而无芒雀麦、鸭茅、草地羊茅的生活力较低,对田间种植有一定的指导意义。

The Standardization Test of Several Herbage Seeds Quality

The cleanliness, sprout rate, viability, moisture content, conductivity of the herbage seeds are the five important parameters of the quality standardization test of the herbage seed. These indexes of 6 herbage seeds, including Alfalfa, Whiteclover, Perennial ryegrass, Smoothbrome, Meadow fescue, and Orchardgrass, were tested according to the state regulations of the quality standardization test of the herbage seed. The testing results indicate that the sprout rate of Alfalfa Whiteclove, Meadow fescue are high, but that of Perennial ryegrass,Smoothbrome,Orcharddgrass are low. The viability of Alfalfa, Whiteclove, Perennial ryegrass are high, but that of Smooth brome,Meadow fescue,Orchardgrass are low. This can be used to guide for planting on the field.
