| 摘 要： | 酚氧化酶（phenoloxidase，PO）是一类普遍存在于微生物、植物和动物质体中，由核基因编码，能与铜结合的金属蛋白酶。它能分别催化单酚羟基和二酚羟基氧化为二酚和醌。本文综述了酚氧化酶分子结构、基因及其生产应用等方面的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Phenoloxidase(PO) is a ubiquitous copper metalloprotein in the plastids of many microorganisms,plants and animals.It catalyzes 2 distinct reaction: the hydroxylation of monphenols to diphenols and the dehydrogenation of dihydroxyphenols to quinones.The present review attempts to highlight the recent advances in research of phenoloxidase in molecular structure and gene and production. |
