入世后我国农业结构调整的战略取向和途径

针对入世将给农业带来的机遇与挑战，结合当前农业结构调整的经验教训，提出调整动力由主要依靠政府组织、行政推动向市场引导和科技推动转变、建立按产业发展需要配置农业服务体系，适当延长农业产业结构调整的周期等途径。

Strategy of Agricultural Structure Adjustment after China Becomes a WTO Member.

After China becomes a WTO member, agriculture will get more opportunities and face more challenges. Therefore some new strategies and approaches have to be taken for agricultural structure adjustment as following: to change the government-oriented driving of adjustment into market-leading & science promoting; to shift emphasis of governmental investment from production process to S & T system; to establish agricultural service system according to industrial development; to prolong the cycle of agriculturial structure adjustment properly.
