植物生长调节剂对藤本月季扦插生根的影响

[目的]为藤本月季（Rosachinensis）乃至其他月季品种的快繁提供理论依据.[方法]以藤本月季“安吉拉”为试验材料,研究不同植物生长调节剂IBA、IBA＋ IAA、IBA＋ NAA以100、200、500、1 000 mg/L速蘸处理对其生根的影响.[结果]1000 mg/L IBA＋ IAA速蘸处理“安吉拉”的生根效果最佳,生根率可达90％,成活率也达88％,根系生长也最健壮.[结论]在月季生产中,当单种生根剂的使用效果达不到理想状态时,可以考虑使用不同生长调节剂的混合配比,以起到最佳的生根效果.

Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Rooting of Vine Rosa chinensis Cuttings

[Objective]The aim was to provide a theoretical basis for rapid propagation of vine Rosa chinensis and the other rose cultivars.[Method]Rosa chinensis ‘ Ongela’ was dipped in different growth regulators and their combinations（IBA,IBA ＋ IAA,IBA ＋ NAA） with different concentration 100,200,500,1 000 mg/L quickly and then studied their effects of its rooting of cuttings.[Result]Under 1000 mg/L IBA ＋ IAA treatment,the rooting effects of Rosa chinensis ‘ Ongela’ was the best,and the rooting rate was 90％,the survival rate reached 88％,root growth,and the roots also grew most strongly.[Conclusion]During production of rose,if the effect of single plant growth regulator has no ideal,it is considered to mix different plant growth regulators to obtain the best rooting effect.
