| 摘 要： | 国家科技图书文献中心面向中国大陆地区预付款用户提供＂代查代借＂服务,但由于资源建设盲点或是用户自己填写文献出处信息的不完整、错误,给查找造成了一定困难,代查代借订单被拒借的情况时有发生。主要从资源建设、服务流程、后续保障等方面提出些许建议,力争能为用户提供更加方便、快捷、贴心的服务。

| Abstract: | National Science and Technology Library provides services for the users＇ of Mainland China, and orders were often rejected because of the shortage of information resource construction, something wrong or omission of users＇ order which cause some difficulties for searching. Certain suggestions were put forward for perfecting information service and pro- viding more convenient, more expeditious and more considerate service for Users. |
