大叶醉鱼草的扦插繁殖正交试验分析

摘    要:在2种扦插基质(草炭土 珍珠岩以及红土、河沙等比例混合的混合土 珍珠岩)和2种IBA浓度(500 mg/L、800 mg/L)条件下,采用正交试验没计对4个大叶醉鱼草育种品系(YB-01,YB-02、YB-03和YB-04)进行了扦插试验.结果表明:4个品系均属于皮孔生根型,扦捅繁殖较好的品系为YB-03、YB-04和YB-02,而品系YB-01较弱;2种扦插基质比较,生根率以混合土 珍珠岩的较高,生根数则以草炭土 珍珠岩较好,而2种基质的根长差异不显著;IBA浓度在生根率和根长上的作用差异可忽略,生根数以500 mg/L的IBA浓度为好;相关分析结果显示,生根数和根长2个根系生长量指标呈相关性较小的显著正相关关系.

Abstract:In this cutting propagation experiment,the orthogonal experimental design was applied to test 4 lines of Buddleja davidii(YB-01,YB-02,YB-03,YB-04),2 kinds of media(peat soil perlite and the mixed soil composed of clay and sand in equal proportion perlite),and 2 levels of concentration of the rooting reagent IBA(500 mg/L,800 mg/L).The results showed that the line YB-03,YB-04 and YB-02 had good abilities of cutting propagation,and YB-01 was in the second place.4 lines all belonged to lenticel rooting type.Of two kinds of media,the mixed soil composed of clay and sand in equal proportion perlite had a good effect on rooting rate,and peat soil perlite had good effect on rooting number.The difference of the effect of media on rooting length had no significance.Besides,the difference of the effect of IBA concentration on rooting rate and rooting length had no significance,and the concentration of 500 mg/L had a good effect on rooting number.There were positive correlation between rooting number and rooting length.
