松毛虫的生物防治试验

摘    要:通过选择1.2%苦参碱.烟碱乳油、1.8%阿维菌素和苏云金杆菌等3种生物农药进行松毛虫防治试验,结果表明,应用1.2%苦参碱.烟碱乳油防治效果达94%以上,1.8%阿维菌素校正死亡率达100%,苏云金杆菌用药10d后防治效果达89%;3种药剂以应用1.2%苦参碱.烟碱乳油和1.8%阿维菌素为首选,苏云金杆菌次之;1.2%苦参碱.烟碱乳油地面喷雾以1000倍最佳,飞机喷洒每公顷0.375kg药液,盐0.15kg,尿素0.15kg比例为最佳。

Abstract:Controlling experiments of pine caterpillars by selecting three biological pesticides(1.2% matrine·nicotine EC,1.8% Abamectin and Bacillus thuringiensis) were conducted.Result shows that: control effect are over 94% by applying 1.2% matrine·nicotine EC;corrected mortality of 1.8% abamectin are 100%;control effect of treating with Bacillus thuringiensis after 10 days are 89%;among three fungicides,1.2% matrine · nicotine EC and 1.8% abamectin are preferred;Bacillus thuringiensis is followed;the optimal proportion is 1 000 times 1.2% matrine·nicotine EC,0.375kg liquid aerial spraying per hectare,0.15 kg salt,0.15 kg urea.
