摘    要:本文分析了采用开放式气路,通过红外线气体分析仪、目视比色、酸度计等不同检测CO_2浓度手段,测定净光合速率的误差来源。对CO_2浓度测定误差,气体流量计量误差、叶面积测定误差进行估算。认为所涉及的方法误差来源甚多,其中许多误差只能设法减少而无法排除,用这些方法测定光合作用都可能出现很大的误差。鉴于这些方法目前在国内外农林科研工作中广为应用,文章在CO_2浓度检测、气体流量计量、叶面积测定等方面,对现有常用仪器和方法,提出了有助于提高测定准确度的改进。本文还讨论了用“分项误差分析综合法”评价光合作用测定方法误差的优点等问题。

Abstract:This paper has discussed the sources of erro(?)s arise from net photosynthetic rate which is measured in an open-circuit gas channel system used the method of IRGA, visual colorimeter or pH meter of monitoring CO_2 concentration. The errors of CO_2 concentration, gas flow rate as well as leaf area determination are assessed. Most of these errors, impassible to eliminate completely, can nevertheless be reduced. Suggestions are made which are supposed to improve the applicability of those instruments and techniques now widely used in agricultural and forestry research in some countries with a view to increase the accuracy of determination. This paper has been discussed the advantages of the errors due to the evaluation in measuring photosynthesis with the "Integrated method of differential terms analysis".
