| 摘 要： | 对一种适用于电流型生物传感器的前置放大电路进行了设计,并对其进行了模拟仿真,结果表明该前置放大电路能够测量达到0.1nA级的微弱电流信号,具有极大的希望被应用于免疫型生物传感器的实际电路中。

| Abstract: | A preamplifier for ampere biosensor was designed and simulated.It was showed that this kind of preamplifier can detect current level equivalent to 0.1 nA.It can be used,with great potential,in the circuit for immunological biosensor. |
