摘 要: | 6 0 Coγ射线辐照亚洲百合Pollyana品种的鳞茎 ,辐照后的当代植株 (M1)花粉母细胞减数分裂出现明显的辐射效应 ,染色体数目和结构发生了变异。多次实验证明 ,花粉败育时期推测在四分体形成之后

THE CHROMOSOME ABERRATION OF THE ASIATIC LILY(M_1)AFTER IRRADIATION ON BULBS |

Abstract: | The bulbs of Asiatic lily hybrid variety Pollyana was irradiated with 60 Co γ rays.The pollen mother cell meiosis of M 1 plants expressed significant irradiation effect,the chromosome structure and number had variation.It was demonstrated that the pollen sterility happened after the tetrad had formed. |
