食用仙人掌组织培养及快速繁殖技术研究

摘    要:以食用仙人掌的茎片为外植体,研究了食用仙人掌离体快繁的若干影响因素。结果表明,幼嫩的茎片较成熟的茎片易于进行表面消毒。适宜的培养基为;侧芽诱导MS 6-BA2.0mg/L NAA0.1mg/L,继代与增殖MS 6-BA2.0mg/L NAA0.1mg/L,培养21d,增殖倍数6.9,生根培养基为1/2MS NAA0.1mg/L。移栽基质为泥碳:珍珠岩=1:1,成活率98%。

Abstract:Using the shoots as the explants, the effect of different factors on Opuntia milpa alta haw in vitro is examined. The results showed that the young shoots were easier established in aseptic culture than the old shoots. MS 6-BA 2. 0 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L proved to be a good medium for lateral bud growing and MS 6-BA 2. 0 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L was a good medium for the micro-propagation, and propagation rate after three weeks was 690%. Rooting medium was 1/2MS NAA 0.1 mg/L. Hardening off was done in a peat-lite substrate (50% peat - 50% pearlite).
