| 摘 要： | 以多枝赖草种子为材料,在MS 3mg/L2,4-D 0.5mg/L激动素 3%蔗糖 0.5%琼脂培养基上暗培养,产生愈伤组织。愈伤组织经多次继代培养后仍可保持分化潜力。在1/2MS 0.5mg/L6-BA 0.5mg/LIBA 3%蔗糖 0.5%琼脂培养基上光照培养后分化出丛生状绿芽,并大量生根,形成再生植株。 |

| Abstract: | Callus of Leymus multicaulis was induced on the medium of MS 3mg/L 2,4-D 0.5mg/L Kt 3% cane sugar 0.5% agar.The callus could keep the ability of differentiation after many times subculturing. On the medium of 1/2MS 0.5mg/L 6-BA 0.5mg/L IBA 3% cane sugar 0.5% agar,many green buds and roots were induced from the callus. |
