| 摘 要： | 研究结果表明,绿僵茵对菜青虫有较强的毒杀作用,虫体感染绿僵茵孢子后出现一系列的组织病理变化,虫体变黑、变形,茵丝侵染各种组织器官,脂肪组织崩解,肌肉组织、中肠、马氏管、消化道等遭到破坏,并在虫体内形成大量的真菌孢子.

| Abstract: | The researches proved that Metarchizium anisoplias has a perfect toxic effect towards Pieris rapae,and meanwhile the insects which are infected with Metarhizium anisopliae spores will show a series of histopathological changes. For exam- ple,the mycelia will infect many kinds of tissues and organs; the fat tissues will disjoint.There will be a great damage to muscle tissues,mid gut,malpighian tube and digest tube.And a lot of fungi spores will be produced in the insect. |
