| 摘 要： | 采用4因素5水平二次通用旋转回归试验设计,研究了尿素(x1)、过磷酸钙(x2)、硫酸钾(x3)、猪粪(x4)4个施肥因素对鱼腥草地下茎黄酮含量影响.结果表明,尿素、过磷酸钙和猪粪在不同程度上提高了鱼腥草黄酮的含量回归方程为:(y)=5.25 0.59x1-0.29x2 0.33x22 0.31x24-0.69x1x2-0.24x1x4,相关系数为0.855 5.

| Abstract: | It is an important subject to study the flavonoids content of H.cordata affected by different fertilizer and application rate.The paper studied the effect of different fertilizer and application rate on flavonoids content in the subterranean stem of H.cordata by four-factor-five-level orthogonal design,The results showed that the amounts of flavonoids could be increased by carbamide(x1),superphosphate(x2) and swine waste(x4).The regressive equation was y=5.25 0.59x1-0.29x2 0.33x24 0.31x24-0.69x1x2-0.24x1x4,R-square is 0.855 5. |
