摘    要:随着经济全球化的发展,作为高校如何培养新世纪的水产食品安全专业人才,培养社会需要的应用性人才,是一个值得探讨的问题。本文针对水产食品安全课程的教学改革进行探索 , 分析了水产品在食品行业的重要地位及其对食品安全人才的需求特点。 结合教学中存在的问题, 从教学内容的设计入手, 采取 根据专业特点,有的放矢的对课程内容进行设计,强调知识的针对性; 通过“案例教学法”和“小组讨论法”的有机结合,激发学生学习兴趣,进行教学方法的优化改进;改进成绩考核方式,增强课堂教学效果。

Teaching reform and explore of seafood safety
Abstract:With the development of economic globalization, how to cultivate the seafood safety professionals in colleges and universities in the new century, as well as the applicable talents needed by the society, is a problem worth discussing.This paper explores the teaching reform of seafood safety course and analyzes the important position of aquatic products in the food industry and the characteristics of the demand for food safety talents. Combined with the existing problems in teaching, starting with the design of teaching content, the course content is designed according to the professional characteristics, emphasizing the pertinence of knowledge. Through the organic combination of "case teaching method" and "group discussion method", students" interest in learning is stimulated and the teaching methods are optimized and improved. Improving the way of performance assessment, the effect of classroom teaching is enhanced.
