难开花甘蔗亲本的开花习性及斑茅花粉贮存技术初报

于1992－1995年观测了应用固定日长加蓝光与远红光作辅助光照成功诱导难开花甘蔗亲本的开花习性，并初步探讨了斑茅花粉贮存技术。结果表明：（1）同安果蔗、马鞍果蔗和闽糖70—611的始花期较其它亲本迟一个月，开花率也相应较低；（2）除果蔗外，其余参试亲本均可作父母本兼用，但闽糖70—611作母本需先去雄；（3）当采用硅胶干燥法，鲜花粉含水量＜35％时，去湿2h即可，否则以5h为宜，低温（－16～22℃）和超低温（－196℃）贮存花粉均可延长其生活力40d，且后者效果更佳。

The Flowering Habits of Some Shy-flowering Sugarcane Parents and Storage Technique of S.arundinaceum Pollen

Some shy-flowering sugarcane varieties were inducted to bloom by the artificial environment of photoperiodic treatment with blue and far-red lights. The flowering habits of these parents were investigated durlng 1992 - 1995. And the storage technique of S.arundinaceum was also studied preliminarily. The major results were as follows: (1) The first period of flowering of Tongan Chewing Cane, Maan Chewing Cane and Mintang 70-611were one month later than the others, and the percentages of flowered stalks were also lower- (2) Apart from Chewing Cane, the others could be used for either male or female parents, but it is essential for Mintang 70-611 to be emasculated as female parent. (3) S. arundinaceum pollen should be dried for 2 hours when its water content was no more than 35%, otherwise it should be 5 hours- The pollen viability could be maintained 40 days by common low temperature (-16~- 22℃) and super-low temperature (-196℃ ) storage,the effect of the latter is better.
