摘    要:随着农药种类和用量的不断增加,农药的残留对人体的危害以及食品进出口的影响日益严重,因此进行农药残留检测工作非常重要,其中最重要的是建立高效的检测方法。而EIA技术中的酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)技术特异性高、灵敏性强,在农药残留检测中的研究和应用也越来越多。笔者主要综述了农药残留的现状、酶联免疫吸附技术原理和分类及其在农药残留检测方面的应用,并根据当前研究现状及存在问题进行了研究展望并提出了发展建议。

Abstract:With the continuous increase of the types and usage of pesticide,hazards of pesticide residue to human bodies and its influence on food import and export become severe day by day.Therefore the detection of pesticide residue is very important,of which the most important issue is to establish a high efficient detecting method.The technique of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in EIA technique has high specificity,strong sensitivity,and it is used more and more for pesticide detection and study.The situation of pesticide residue,the principle and classification of enzyme-linked immunosorbent and its application for the pesticide residue detection are described.The prospects and recommendation for the future development are proposed based on the current situation of research and the problems existed in the area.
