干茶密度水测法研究初报

摘    要:按茶叶品质的一般规律,茶叶嫩度愈好,则其密度愈大,等级愈高,反之亦然,所以密度可以作为茶叶理化审评的一项重要指标,笔者提出一种测定干茶密度的新方法,简便易行,重演性较好;经初步试验表明,炒青茶各等级之间的密度具有明显差异,这就为建立密度与等级之间的数学模型,实现炒青茶等级之电脑评定打下基础.此外,还对于物质的密度进行了测定,结果显示级差不显著,乙醇和纯水的测定结果也无明显差异.

Abstract:Normally,in point of tea quality,the better the tenderness,the heavier the density ofdry tea,thus the higher the tea grade. In other words.the coarser tea has lighter density and lowerquality grade, so the density might be regarded as a very suitable item for tea evaluation with thephysical and chemical method. Author put forward a new method measuring the density of dry tea.The method is simple and has a satisfactory repetitive character. Experiment shows:the measure-ment data has a obvious variation among the different grades of twisted pan tea,making a betterfoundation of establishing a methematical model between the grade and the density and realizingthe computer evaluation of twisted pan green tea. Furthermore,the dry matter density is measuredwith this method,the results show the inevident variation among the different grades of tea sampleand also between the alcohol and pure water which are used on the measurement respectively.
