水杨酸对玉米幼苗的生长及细胞膜的影响

本试验用不同浓度的水杨酸对玉米幼苗进行处理,研究水杨酸对玉米幼苗生长和发育的影响。结果表明,一定浓度的水杨酸处理对玉米幼苗的鲜重、苗高、叶绿素含量、SOD、POD的活性以及MDA、相对外渗率都有明显影响,在水杨酸浓度为1.5mg/L时效果较好,鲜重和苗高分别比对照增加了45.6%和28.2%,叶绿素含量、SOD和POD的活性也分别比对照组增加了147.7%、53.8%和25.3%;而MDA和相对外渗率分别比对照下降9.6%和17.3%。

The Effect of Salicylic Acid on Growth and Cell Membrane of Corn Seedling
