清代前期秦州地区的农业开发

“陇上江南”的天水，在清代前期农业开发中获得了根本发展，大量的荒地开垦为耕地，人口激增，小型水利灌渠兴修，作物栽培在局部地区精耕细作，粮食亩产量有所提高，从而奠定了本区的农业结构格局。由于大面积的草地被垦殖，也加剧了本区的水土流失，造成生态环境的恶化和自然灾害的频繁发生。
