关于植物类磷脂化合物与三唑醇混用防治麦类白粉病的初步研究

摘    要:本文报道了作者1987—1988年在联邦德国李比希大学做的关于植物类磷脂与杀菌剂三唑醇混用防治麦类白粉病效果比较初步研究。室内实验表明,类磷脂与三唑醇混用都较三唑醇单独使用效果显著,其中处理“TemolR+Bayfidan”防效达80.3%;“Na 6008+Bayfidan”的防效可达90%,使防效提高26—35%。田间试验也表明,三唑醇与类磷脂混合喷施,其用量可以减少一半,其防效仍保持不变。通过孢子萌发,吸器生成及吸器变态等观察表明,类磷脂没有改变该杀菌剂的作用机制。

Abstract:In 1987 and 1988 the addition of phospholipids of more moisting of organs of the barley during application of fungicide Bayfidan against Powdery mildew(Erysiphe grarninis vat. Hordei)was tested under greenhouse condition and in field spraying experiment in west Germany. The results of greenhouse and field experiment showed that phospholipids gave excellent additive efficacy to Bayfidan against Powdery mildew of barley. 1.Concerning the test against Powdery mildew of barley in greenhouse treatments with "Nat 6008" and "Temol R" at the rate of 0.2% by weight had a higher efficacy than fungicide with another or no addition of phospholipids. 2. In the field experiment against Powdery mildew theefficacy of mixtures of phospholipids and Bayfidan was alittle higher than that without phospholipids, but only one spraying with 0.SL per ha of Bayfidan+Temol R was 86.6% up on that of the control. The microscopic research indicated that no differene in machanism of action between Bayfidan and Bayfidan+additive arose.
