| Abstract: | This paper introduced the status of production,scientific research,processing and sale of minor coarse cereals in Ningxia,the main issues existing in the production and processing were analyzed,and the advice on using resource advantage was put forward in or- der to drive the industrialization process and improve the farmers' income as well as promoting the regional development. |
