蜂胶黄酮的超声波提取工艺研究

摘    要:通过单因素实验研究了蜂胶黄酮的超声波提取工艺,并对蜂胶中黄酮类化合物的清除活性氧自由基的能力进行测定。结果表明蜂胶黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:75%乙醇作为溶剂,料液比为1:10,提取时间为20min,超声波提取2次,温度为60cc,此时黄酮提取含量最高,达到5.046mg/g。蜂胶中黄酮提取液稀释100倍后对DPPH活性氧自由基的清除能力和Vc的清除能力相当,蜂胶黄酮是比较有开发潜力的抗氧化剂。

Abstract:To study the ultrasonic conditions and moni- tor the content of flavonoids in propolis, the monothetic experimental method was used to determine the best condi- tions for extraction of flavonoids in propolis by using ul- trasonic. The anti-oxidant activity was determined by us- ing DPPH. The optimum extract of total flavonoids was ob- tained under the conditions of 60℃, ratio of propolis to solvent 1:10, ethanol concentration 75% and ultrasonic ex- tracting for 20min, continuous 2 time. With the optimized technology, the content of total flavonoids in the final product was 5.046mg/g. Extraction of propolis flavonoids dilution (multiple 100 diluted solution) has the same an- ti-oxidant activity with the same concentration VC. Propo- lis has a bright future for antioxidant exploitation.
